Isla McMillan is Chair-person for Rangers Woman Collective. She first started attending the games after getting tickets via Scottish Power (who are one of the biggest sponsors of the SWPL) and has been following Rangers Women FC for over five years now.

To say she is a committed fan is a wee bit of an undestatement. Isla attends all home and away games with her 11 year old daughter, who is not just a fan but also now plays for Gartcairn. However, while Isla and her daugher support Rangers, the other side of her family - her husband and son - support (wait for it.....) Celtic.

She tells us, "I love being part of anything that helps grow the women's games in Scotland and am really looking forward to being involved with the Scottish Football Union. Having attended a recent Teams call with the SFU, whose influence was obvious as it was also attended by the CEO, MD and Chair of the women's game in Scotland, I can see how we can all work together to the benefit of the game at large. In particular, I love how women football is brilliant for family's and friends' groups like ours and want to see it continue to grow and attract new followers."
