Two new members of our Women's Team!

We are delighted to welcome Donna and Darrell to the SFU women's team. Both massive fans of their club (Celtic), they are the driving force behind the formation of its Official Women's tTeam's Supporters' Group. But let them tell the story...
It all started at the school gates, where we met through our girls, who were in the same class.
Donna invited Darrell along to a Celtic Women’s Cup Final against Glasgow City at Tynecastle - and that was it. We caught the bug! What started with “we’ll just go to the home games” quickly turned into a much bigger love for the team.
As we became more involved, we realised there wasn’t an Official Supporters Club dedicated to Celtic Women. After meeting with Celtic and getting the ball rolling, we began building the group from the ground up - organising raffles and competitions, encouraging memberships and, most importantly, creating a community for supporters.
Before long, we were following the team everywhere: home, away and across Europe in the Champions League, with unforgettable trips to Lithuania, Norway and Madrid along the way.
Several years on, we’re still here, proudly supporting the team through every chapter - from the move from Airdrie to Hamilton, and then from Hamilton to Kirkintilloch.
What started with two mums meeting at the school gates has grown into a huge passion, a brilliant community and a commitment to being there for Celtic Women 🍀💚 wherever the journey takes them.
Donna and Darrell are a great addition to our women's team and have already featured in a brilliant video which demonstrates just why women's football in Scotland provides such a great environment for fans (of either gender) due to the absence of the issues that have bedevilled the men's game for far too long. Welcome both!
